CORE Sciences was founded because of a very simple truth: not everyone sees it, but business is all about people. People form all of the strategies and make the decisions. People do the execution. People collaborate (or don't) in cross-functional work. People are your customers.

If you understand people, you will be better at everything in business, starting with yourself. You will be better at leadership and management, better at vision, strategy, and innovation. Better at decision making and collaborative, aligned execution. As your skills and mastery of the mind and relationships grow, you will become more effective at everything your mind and relationships touch.

Sadly, 99.6% of people don't actually know that much about how human beings really work: less than 0.4% of people have ever received any education on how people and their minds actually work.

This scientific knowledge is over 30 years ahead of the business world, and CORE Sciences is here to close that gap, giving you the knowledge and tools to truly understand and win with people.

Before starting CORE in 2019, Evan was a serial entrepreneur, co-founding Satellite (sold to Adobe), Search Discovery (the largest independently-held analytics consultancy in the US, on the Inc 5,000 for 4 consecutive years), Slingshot (a product you've never heard of), and Marketing Alpha (one of the first data & analytics consultancies in the US).

Through this journey, Evan kept seeing the same patterns over and over again in his customer's organizations. When the team was strong, the business was strong and most projects went well. When the teams struggled, the business struggled and just about everything they tried went sideways. This made one thing apparent: business performance and human performance are the same thing.

Evan studied Behavioral Science in college, along with his degrees in Engineering and Economics. This education in the science of the mind was transformative, helping Evan understand how human beings find purpose in their work, enabling him to fuel purpose in his teams and activate a natural desire to become smarter, more collaborative and helpful, more determined and resilient, and more deeply fulfilled by successes. This was the common thread of why Evan's teams thrived in hyper-competitive markets, why all of Evan's top-performing clients were successful, and how you will achieve your full potential, too.
